Once Dell Venue 8 Pro tablet will show up for solid $230 (or even $200, if we talk about Cyber Monday), I'd be definitely needing some accessories.
First, it would be MoKo BT keyboard/faux leather cover for about $25. Then, a working contraption made out micro USB male/full size USB female, Y USB tail with a switch and maybe an alternative USB AC power adapter for 2+ A. A USB 2.0 to VGA/HDMI adapter capable of doing 1920x1080p. Maybe an alternative stylus. Price lowered from an initial $299 to around $200 for this Venue 8 Pro is an indication that Dell is about to write the device off, so the above accessories would never show at Dell shops, at least for Venue 8 Pro.
I had a trip to my local flea market today. I couldn't hope that I will find anything from the list above. But there was something for me to catch and maybe trade for what I need.
These are: working Dell 19" wide screen monitor, Logitech USB speakers, anchovy pastes: one Moroccan, one Italian, both for my internal consumption,
ASUS laptop AC power adapter, universal camcorder battery charger, Casio calculator with fancy clock and spare batteries for it, laptop cooler with speakers, 15.6" display LCD panel LED-backlighted good for many laptops ($50 if it works), sunflower seeds (my pleasure, too), LED USB lamp, very nice Schneider Kreuznach Lupe 4x, multi-coated.
Good stuff, overall.
UPDATE: While EVGA units of Tegra Note are struggling with showing up in retail, HP has apparently better, more solid stock of their HP Slates 7 Extreme on their shopping site here.
ONE MORE UPDATE: Oopsie-oops! Out of stock in a second. Which may speak about these Tegra 4 tablets come from one and very unreliable source: Homecare/Huiwei, it's all just re-badged stuff. Now,Dell Venue 8 Pro that I'm after is also a merchandise that is very hard to find these days.
