By my sheer luck, I've got me a copy of "Catalogue de luxe of the Department of fine arts, Panama-Pacific international exposition" by Trask, John Ellingwood Donnel, 1871- ; Laurvik, John Nielsen, 1877- Vol. II (printed in 1915).
Vol. I was missing from what I purchased, and if I would like to get it in my collection it will cost me around $150 a simple, non-lettered, non-numbered original official paper copy. Lettered and numbered copies are of much higher pricing:
"This first edition ... is limited to twenty-four lettered copies and one thousand numbered copies, for sale. One hundred and seventy-six copies, additional, have been prepared for the official use of the Panama-Pacific international exposition company. This copy is number 357, official copies."
Digital copy of No. 357 from Stanford collection is in public domain though, and can be downloaded from here. Examples:
(number is hand-written in red ink; there were 24 lettered copies, 1,000 numbered copies, and 175 non-numbered and non-lettered copies for use at the Exhibition)
(Digital copy is not tone corrected; Цифровая копия не восстановлена и не скорректирована по тону)
