Tegra Note or HP Slate 7 Extreme?

It might be a typo, or some other glitch, but this pre-order page which looks sorta legit quotes HP Slate 7 Exireme will be shipping end of this November at whopping $299. Sure, it's HP's Singapore store quote, and Singapore dollars were meant, but this sum still translates into about US$250.

Not all features are available in all editions of Windows 8. Systems may require upgraded and/or separately purchased hardware to take full advantage of Windows 8 functionality. See http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ for details.

It's kinda sounds grossly overpriced when the base Tegra Note supposed to sell at
close to $199. Then, a numbered ("4403") model of HP Slate 7 Extreme was never demoed as such,
under "...7 Extreme 4403" moniker.

As I see it today, there's three possibilities:

1. It's nothing, apart from Singaporean tax on top of $199.

2. A "4403" is a more expensive model when compared to base Tagra Note. Say, as in case of
that Huiwei Fly One, regular "7 Extreme" may have a more advanced brother with 2 GB of RAM,
1920x1080 screen, bigger eMMC, etc.

3. A "Windows 8" fine printed comment at the bottom of that pre-order page may hint that "4403"
might be not an Android but a Windows 8 model. Tegra 4 is supposed to run a half-decent
Windows RT, nicht wahr?

Jokes aside, it sucks when launch date of an interesting tablet moves from mid-October, to the end of
October, and to the end of November at least in Singapore.
