Another Chef-d'oeuvre From My Nano-Bakery


It's Smetannik again, even fluffier than the first one. No baking soda/powder was used, no soda of any sort is present in my secret recipe, so it's as natural as it gets. It's not gluten-free though.

Anyone knows about home bread baking machine that takes more than three cups of flour? The one I use is a 10-year old long discontinued Japanese Panasonic SD-BT65P with CPU that won't probably rival even an Arduino's chip. Works fine, once you master its secrets.
