Sunday Ball. Or Bowl.

Essentials about my Acer C7 Chrubuntubook first. Bluetooth might be working with BT mice and keyboards, but it won't see no phones and no tablets. Some simple hack is needed. I also don't have BT mices or keyboards, to try. Don't even plan to get some of these.

Tasks like:

-- testing Skype and especially its mic handling,
-- thinking about getting rid of crap called "Unity 2D non-accelerated". Candidates? Could be plain Jane Gnome, for what it's worth,
-- considering a manual upgrade to Ubuntu 12.10, it's tricky with unconfirmed success,
-- considering OpenVPN to get me a phone extension from my Lady,

will wait for now, because it's Bowl.
As always, best source to watch Superbowl is OTA 1080p 60 FPS (CBS HD in the background.) CBS free online show sucks with its ~360p stream, even at 22 different angles. With XBMC on my Chrubuntubook, I was more successful finding some HQ (~480p) streams of the same, and it was funny to see about ~30 sec delay between what's, say, on Sky HD, and CBS. No amount of delay helped to avoid the power snafu though.
Power outage for half the arena at places shown on my photo about that orange reflection. Somebody gonna pay big for that.

I have no idea what the whole hoopla, or the game as such is about though. Half-time ads/concert?
