It is available today, in usual OTA form. Upgrading from the previous, .840 version, went seamlessly.
While all the changes, updates/upgrades of .1032 can be found at some PlayBook aficionados sites like CrackBerry (faster Bridge, activated SMS through Bridge, activated Print-2-Go, etc.) I'd better concentrate on some browser benchmarking.
HTML5Test didn't bring any changes from .840: it's the same 393 + 9 bonus points shown by .840 version. It looks like it's a long way to reach incredible 465 points of BB OS 10, and the .1032 version didn't move a single step on that road from .840 version.
SunSpider mark of 2302.8 looks a tidbit better, but still nothing to write mom about. JS engine employed by PB Browser looks very outdated for several 2.x.x OS upgrades already.
Browsermark with 60709 score shows a certain progress from 55939 points of .820. Again, it's like half of what the leading browsers can show. Tiling is present still, but as in .840, scrolling while site is not fully loaded is quite smooth and doesn't break the browser. Complex and quirky Web sites like Gizmodo and CrackBerry (wink, wink!) are loading and scrolling while loading just fine.
In other "news" Vimeo HD clips still struggle at 0:04th second, Flash HD stuff plays fine.
