UnBranded tablet going Windows 10

Well, not just yet, but the recipe is given already:

http://1drv.ms/18nOR4E (UB-15MS10SA.ZIP)
The ZIP file contacts the following folders:
  • Audio
  • Realtek I2S drivers (\Realtek Audio)
  • geaa05ww.exe (From Lenovo, use the drivers from the folder first, not sure if this file is needed, can't remember)
  • Chipset (Install before any other drivers)
  • Install the items in the Chipset\Intel Chipset FIRST (From HP)
  • gthm14ww.exe (From Lenovo, recommend using the HP drivers first, again can't remember the one I used, but only one is needed)
  • TXE_Win7_8_8.1_1.1.0.1089 has the TPM driver from Intel
  • Hoodix Touch HID
  • Contains the drivers and settings config file for the touch screen
  • Network
  • Contains the WLAN and Bluetooth drivers from the UnBranded web site
  • Windows_BT_Driver_Install_PT1 (Install first and reboot)
  • Bluetooth_Driver_Install_PT2
  • Sensors
  • Ambient Light Sensor
  • Bosch Sensors Collection Device driver, used for the Screen Orientation
The recommend install order is as followed:
  1. Chipset (reboot before any other drivers are installed)
  1. TPM Driver
  1. Hoodix touch drivers
  1. Sensors
  1. Audio
  1. REBOOT
  1. Network drivers
  1. REBOOT
  1. Bluetooth driver
  1. REBOOT
You probable also notice how sluggish it seems, but once the chipset drivers are installed it runs soooo much better, and FYI the chipset drivers include the Intel Audio drivers and the Video Drivers.
Hope this helps you to get up and running

We'll see. There's no video showing UnBranded tablet running Windows 10 yet, so nothing to discuss yet.

If your installation of Windows 10 (Preview) was borked completely, and your rescue device was rendered unbootable, then there's this solution to go back to Windows 8.1:

This is a link to his onedrive with all of the drivers needed for this tablet as well as his instructions for installation of them.

Hope this helps and maybe you can answer my question.  I'm about to recieve one of these tablets I picked up for cheap on ebay but it has a blank partition.  Are you able to post for me a backup copy of the Win 8.1 OS that comes with this tablet originally?  Also, how do I go about installing the OS once I have one?  I have a flash drive that should be big enough and im getting a micro usb to female usb adapter in order to connect a flash drive to the tablet but im worried because some people arent able to boot from usb and that concerns me.  are you able to make a recovery USB for me and then i download and install it on my flash drive and it will work or what?
Hope this helps you to get up and running

Remember, I didn't try it yet myself, so I can't recommend it as a safe solution.

NECESSARY UPDATE: The process was actually much easier, see my report here.

  1. Hi, is there any way I can have this zip file? The link doesn't work and my tablet doesn't support touch input or audio anymore due to W10. Thanks for any help
