While I was musing about lack of mini PC sticks based on Samsung Octo, or Tegra 4, or Snapdragon 800, or any ARM Cortex-A15 SoCs in previous article about that UNUIGA, there's this another interesting contender in quad core Cortex-A9 field: CloudnetGo USB/HDMI stick based on quad core RK3188 chip:

Source for quoted CNX-Soft article gives a tidbit more data:
While the stick is not released to the masses of tinkerers yet, its Chinese manufacturer teases with comparisons like this one:
Well, to beat or be equal to Tegra 3 in Nexus 7 it might take just a $166 Hyundai T7 tablet that is based on Samsung Exynos 4412. Apparently, RK3188 won't compare much to Tegra 4 in unnumbered Vizio prototype demoed at the last MWC:
But among the mini PC sticks, this CloudnetGo toy is apparently a reigning king for now, as it may beat that Allwinner A31 based Unuiga I wrote earlier. Price is not announced yet, but it would be a big surprise if it would be significantly more than $100. Moreover, there is a competition for CloudnetGo stick: this Tronsmart T428 contraption the Geekbuying guys got to play without case:
There are claims of similar sticks called Pipo Max M9, so the price will certainly go down pretty soon. In other words, if somebody decides to get some *802, *808 stick for $50...$80, don't do it.
For those who are not inclined to use this or Tronsmart or Pipo stick with just TV, or in a project with Motorola Lapdock, there's this RK3188 based Cube U30GT2 tablet for about $300.
