Canon PowerShot SD940 IS: More Test Shots

Camera cost me $3 plus two cigarettes (plus expense of about $70 for three batteries, "native" Canon charger and a 32 GB SDHC card). With this amount invested into this "Digital ELPH" who would ask for counter-light characteristics? Well, me. And counters are not good. The rest is just what one might expect from a PAS camera of 2009:
This beautiful Karmann Ghia project should cost no more than $2K. But the proper TLC may take another $3K. Oh well...
My true 8 year old Logitech MX518, one of very few mice that can work with CrOS nicely: CrOS, on top of piss poor ALSA support for C7 speakers and total idiocy of "cloud printing only" has a very dumb mouse "driver" with no DPI adjustment.

And that's me, a self-portrait: January 13, 2013, Santa Cruz flea market grounds.

My wonderful camera for above session is this specimen:
Scratched, beaten, but thoroughly cleaned and running CHDK perfectly. Completely worth its $3 plus 2 cigarettes.
